I stopped by to have my suit dry cleaned. I walked in to the store at the Keyser Oak shopping center. I asked to have my suit dry cleaned. I was given such an attitude of indifference. Instead of a professional explanation of what I could expect I was given a very abrupt Monday before noon. I thanked the short blonde lady for her attitude and left with my suit and took my business elsewhere. If I could give this business less than 1 star I would.

The worst customer services ever! The lady who works there is so miserable,very rude,and has the worst attitude with people. The place is very dirty and most of the washers and half of the dryers are broke. When you go in there all the woman is doing is either playing on her phone or reading a book and God forbid if you go to her for change she acts like you are being a inconvenience to her. worst place I have ever been to I would give this place NO stars!!!!!!

Most of the machines are broken. They are outdated machines. There person working here is ride most of the time. The place is disgusting. The machines that do work ruin your clothes. The location is great and it's handicap accessible. The machines take quarters but bring your own since they don't have a change machine. I just recommend going somewhere else.

Woman needs to get laid with that attitude she has.smh.
