Worst Mercy Office Ever! The staff is unprofessional and not reliable. The Doctors are the same way. If you have a common cold you would be better off going to the ER.

I see Dr Gayla Jackson at this clinic. I found her staff to be friendly with a very short wait time. Dr. Jackson always responds to my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend her.
