We had a very positive experience when we brought my 15 month old in with an ear infection. Yes, the wait times are long for a nearly empty waiting room, but the front desk staff was very kind to help me accommodate my active little guy... offering crackers and changing the tv to cartoons to try and entertain him. We even waited outside (nice day) when he started getting ansy and they were more than willing to come out and get us when it was our turn. Once back in the patient room, we were quickly and kindly helped. The office is a little old and dingy, but I will take that over rude staff any day. We will definitely return if needed in the future to avoid the VERY long wait at the south side urgent care!

Staff was kind and helpful. I received excellent care. I waited a long while but that is to be expected at a walk in clinic with no appointments.

Nixa urgent care was closed again.  Marked as open on the internet but sign on door said closed til Monday. UPDATE YOUR ONLINE TIMES IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO BE OPEN!!!!

We arrived at this clinic 20 minutes prior to 8 PM. We were referred to this clinic by the mercy urgent care on national Street. Before we could get to the door after we get out of our vehicle, A woman put a sign on the door that said due to the high volume of people they were not taking any more patients. However, When we were referred by the national Street urgent care they said there was only two patients at the Kearny Street location. We were very disappointed at how we were treated by the staff at Mercy on Kearny Street. Turning six customers away 20 minutes prior to closing with some sort of made up lie, is really pathetic. I know it was a holiday weekend and close to closing time, but lying to people is no way to do business.

As usual, more chitchat going on with coworkers, unfriendly nursing staff, unusual amount of wait times after getting called in. Wait 2 hrs after Cray and then MAYBE you'll get done??? This place doesn't deserve to be in business.
