I took my son there a couple of months ago the physician wasn't friendly and determined my son had allergies even though he had been sick for a couple of weeks and admitted he had fluid behind his ear.  He was given a nasal spray instead of an antibiotic because he wasn't running a fever.  When I questioned the decision I was told he wouldn't speak to me about it and to see my family physician who knows his medical history.  I complained to the facility about the diagnosis after we took my son to his physician 2 days later and he said the nasal spray wasn't going to help anything as he had an ear infection.  Speaking to the woman who called to let me know urgent care was standing behind their decision I was informed they don't have pediatric doctors available at the facility.  Don't waste your time taking your pre teens to this facility.

Absolutely terrible. Im a type one diabetic of 15 years and Dr. Hatt will drop his patients for missing one appointtment. And when you explain you've been going there for 10 years an never had a problem they will tell you thats no longer there fault an wont let you back in, you have to find a new physician. As someone who has dealt with doctors most of there life the way the people treat you at mercy is simply awful. If you care about your children especially as diabetics please take them elsewhere.

I have now been sitting here for three and a half hours. The woman out front was not loud enough for most to hear their name called. Dr. Reeves was helpful so I thank him for that, but please step up your staff's attitude towards the job they chose to
