Brought my father-in-law to ER for bladder blockage. ER staff was very helpful.  Ended up needing to go to cath-lab to have emergency procedure.  While we were waiting in the ER - Chaplain John Burnett stopped by and prayed with us. Anna - Pre-OP nurse was very kind, and helpful.  She let us know step by step what was happening. Urologist, Dr. Fuller was outstanding as well.  He provided timely communication, skill and experience in a time of need. Misty the Post-OP nurse was gentle and kind.  You could tell she really enjoyed serving the needs of others. Glad to have the Mercy Team near by.

Great hospital . The staff was wonderful, I could not ask for better care. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Dr.Lynch and Nurse Juanita took great care of my father.

The  ladies  in  the  registration  office  are wonderful.  The ER staff have to  be  desirable.  Several  times  I've  been  in ER I've  heard  the staff making  fun of  the  reasons  various  patients  are there.  I even heard them say that  the  person  I came  with  was  abusin the  system.  Really?  I  swear  that  they are  there to  help, not be made fun of or talked about.  What about HIPPA?

Had my son there and the majority of the staff was wonderful! Only thing I'd mention is they should offer meals to the one(s) staying at the hospital helping you. Overall they made my experience very enjoyable.
