The Patient Service Representatives, who are the person on the phones were super rude when I called.

They purposely hung up on me when a miscommunication occurred and instead of owning up to it and taking accountability they RUDELY HUNG UP THE PHONE!

I requested to switch Dr's from the NP that I previously saw to a doctor. The patient service representative notified me that they will ask the DR and call me back..because its a requirement.

Few hours passed by and I decided to call, spoke to another representative on the phone who told me that the dr gave the OK for my switch. 

I inquired about why no one called my phone or left a message about the OK, when they told me that they would call.

That's when she hung up.

I think the people that they hire for the front desk are ignorant and irresponsible and should be replaced.

I was terribly disappointed to learn that Mercy would be sending me a letter "terminating [their] relationship" with me. This leaves me with no primary care physician. Why? Because I have a spinal cord injury and use a wheelchair. I feel completely abandoned. I will have to look elsewhere for a PCP who is not afraid or too inflexible to treat a patient in a wheelchair.

I have to say, Daniel Levy is a great doctor. 

I know he doesn't control how the place works, so this is for the place itself. Mercy has this deal with Aetna where you NEED to go to either quest labs or advanced radiology to get anything done. Now they have their own equipment to draw blood, xray etc, but if you have Aetna they won't let you get anything done there.

On the other hand, the nurses are very friendly. It is a building that has a lot of doctors so they tend to be busy at random times. My doctor's department is very friendly and I like being able to contact them online.

I highly recommend Daniel Levy as he is quick, knows what he's doing and always on time. You can make same day appointments (if he has them) and he will squeeze you in if you're sick. He went to Hopkins for college and is very knowledgeable in his field. He is also very friendly. I am chronically ill and he takes care of all my needs. So thanks for being a great doctor!

They are having so many billing issues. For months i have been trying to get a strep test i never took off of my chart, they finally took it off my chart this week but they are still trying to charge me for it.

I have always felt welcomed I see drcollins in woman's center he has always listened and answered  my questions I feel comfortable and only go to mercy
