I personally have had almost no problems living here, other than the windows are a bit leaky and the leasing management are not the brightest bulbs for the most. The apts are pretty spacious and luxurious, and bathrooms and closets are amazing. The gym is convenient, and the pool is open in the summer, though it's a bit small and unheated.

BAD

Don't rent here! Management allows towing companies free reign to come into the complex and tow your cars! If you come home and forget to place your parking sign on your dash, your car will be gone in the morning without even a warning. 

Predatory towing in place (they let tow trucks into the building at 2:45am to tow cars out) with no thoughts of the residents. Stay away and find a place with better management! 

Will be cancelling my lease as soon as its up!

Very poor customer service from the property management company on site, Paradigm Management.

Property management team does not have the backs of tenants, and keep in mind - this is not your home! You are only tolerated on site while you drop off checks!!!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

MANY OTHER OPTIONS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!!!

CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

We lived at the Meridian @ Grosvenor for 3 years and really enjoyed our time there. Our 1 bedroom apartment was nicely laid out and we absolutely loved the location. I metro into DC every day and really enjoyed how close it was to metro, the beltway, and Rockville pike. The gym and rooftop pool are nice - we just wish the roof/pool area was open all year round. The maintenance staff and front desk staff were excellent. However, we did have a lot of issues with the leasing staff. They are not that friendly and are poor communicators. On multiple occasions, we were told the wrong thing by the assistant property manager (when we went to reserve the loading dock for our move-out a month in advance, we were told by the assistant property manager via email that it was confirmed and when we went to double check the night before, it hadn't even been put into the system). Thankfully, there was only 1 other apt moving so the front desk booked for us. On another occasion, we were told the incorrect date of our lease end date. I've dealt with very efficient leasing offices and this isn't one of them. We would still recommend this apartment complex to a friend but keep your expectations low for the property management team.

Don't rent here if you like hot water. $1600 a month will get you an apartment with a 38-gallon tank that only provides a 6-7 minute warm (not hot) shower. You can forget two people  showering back to back or running the dishwasher, laundry, while showering. I specifically asked if hot water was an issue three separate times before moving in and they said no. Day one: not enough hot water for a bath. We have no recourse other than to sue for our deposit. We've been here less than 24 hours and they want a 60- day notice to vacate.
