This Car wash is BEYOND a mess and very bad with customer service, I went in on a Saturday morning and as I went in the car wash my left mirror SNAPPED and broke. I told the team and they did nothing and did not want to provide any information and phone number to the owner and the manager. I have gave them a quote as they requested to get my mirror fixed, and after them being on "vacation" they are now sick or not answering my phone calls and failing to comply in regards to me getting A hold of the OWNER , my mirror is still broken and they said that their insurance is going to either approve it or disapprove it, mind you there is NO LIABILITY CONTRACT OR STATEMENT.  The manger ALEXIS is a liar and is snappy. She keeps telling me one day she is sick, then one day she is not there, then one day i'm on vacation. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH, YOUR CAR WILL BE DAMAGED AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF IT. They will do what it takes to get them selves out of these situations. I have yet to speak to the owners. THEY ARE HIDING for some reason. WHO KNOWS IF THEY EVEN HAVE INSURANCE AT THIS POINT. 

DO NOT GO HERE. ITS A FAMILY OWNED CAR WASH THAT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED OR CARED FOR. I DID NOT SEE ANY LICENSE AS A BUSINESS TYPE EITHER. ITS COMPLETELY DIRTY AND EMPTY IN THE OFFICE AND THESE KIDS THAT WORK THERE ARE CARELESS, THEY HAVEN'T EVEN GAVE BACK MY REFUND OF $25.

BE AWARE EVERYONE.

I have a hellcat. I only trust these guys to wash it. I've tried two other places but it just seems to come out a little better when it goes to meridian car wash. They'll be the only places that washes my car from now on. The employees are always helpful and polite. Please keep up the great work.

Don't bother going here. I thought i would give them another chance after going here several months ago and being disappointed. The creditcard machine doesn't issue receipts for purchased coins. I went in and asked for a receipt. I got a hand written one on a post it note. I told them it didnt work the last time I was there and they said i was the only one that ever asked for a receipt. The switch for the manual carwash was broken and I never could figure out what i was getting and I doubt there was any soap or wax in the system.

Don't frett people there will be a new car wash available soon on Meridian by Walmart. I certainly hope it is an improvement over this one. 

Maybe they will sell it to somebody that actually cares abouy investing in their businesses and their people. Much room for improvement.

Probably the worst car wash I've ever went to. Virtually none of the equipment works and the employees are either clueless or don't understand customer service. I was there Sunday June 4th 2017 around 1430. After waiting for about ten minutes in the store to buy car care products I was directed to speak with the female attendant running the automated car wash to pay her for the products. She was unable to give me correct change for my purchase at the time but told me she would bring me change shortly. When she did she gave the change to a guy washing his jeep. When none of the machines accepted dollar bills, and the coin machine was out of service I asked the female attendant for change or where I'd be able to get change. She rolled her eyes and said "I don't have quarters. I don't know" and walked off. 

As a manager of three separate businesses I would be too embarrassed to show my face in public due to the piss poor shape of the facility. Additionally, the attendant would've been fired on the spot. Being an entitled millennial doesn't give you right to have that kind of attitude toward customers. I usually never write google reviews but this definitely calls for a warning to people who care about quality service and car care...stay away. I'll be seeking out the owner of the establishment as well with regards to their employee conduct.

Great deal and fast! I take my car regularly for washes and occasionally an interior detail. I always receive exactly what I pay for and the employees have been incredibly kind and attentive to my requests.
