Here at Meridian Dental Centre our education doesn't stop with a degree. Back when Dr Dublin practiced here this place was great but they have gone downhill extremely fast with her departure. When one of the crowns they put in my mouth broke I called them expecting to immediately have a repair made. Nope. They couldn't see me for a week. And when I came in I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes then once in the back and assistant told me the doctor would be with me in 30 minutes then I was told she was busy with her patient and be another 15 minutes then I was told another 30 minutes to an hour at that point I asked for my records and left. I won't be coming back and strongly suggest to all who can hear to take their business elsewhere.

I haven't had the best luck in my life with dental care until now. Dr. Harris and her team are examples of what being a true professional is all about. From the minute you enter the door, until you leave, every single aspect of your visit and every member of this dental office exceeds all of my expectations, and my expectations are very high. For the first time in my life, I actually don't dread going to the dentist as I know every part of my visit from being explained where I can understand clearly my best treatment options to the treatment itself, and finally, to having different payment plan options offered that are best for me, their customer. You can clearly see that Dr. Harris' team members strive for perfection as that is what is not only expected from Dr. Harris, but demanded. I don't usually write reviews and I am not being paid to write this (ha), but I simply wanted those that read reviews as I always do before visiting somewhere, that this Dental office has figured out how to give exceptional customer service and care to their patients. I will not go to any other dental office other than one led by Dr. Harris. Thank you for making me see that dental visits can be a positive experience!

If you get a discount coupon by mail or free offer for a special cleaning treatment, RUN AWAY VERY FAST. You will be astonished at what follow-up treatment the staff suggests to ensure your good dental health. They even have a "financial" advisor to explain to you payment options while your "bibbed" and in the chair. Luckily, I returned to my 30-year established dentist to be assured my teeth and gums were perfectly healthy.

After 6 years of no dental appointments, I knew I had to grin and bear it. Dental appointments had always been poor experiences for me. Despite needing a lot of work after my initial checkup at Meridian Dental, they made me 100% more comfortable than I had anticipated. It was actually an enjoyable experience, and that means a lot coming from a grown adult like me, who was still terrified of going to the dentist. My only wish is that my insurance had allowed me to continue as a patient there.
