I used to think waiting 2 hours at MEA was the worst doctor visit, but that was until my last visit to merit health in Byram. I have never been to doctors office where the women at the counter acted like I was wasting their time for being sick. While standing at the counter the ladies there would not acknowledge my presents for 15 minutes and continuously answered the phone while I was standing right in front of them...i have never been to a doctors office that I felt cared so little about patients. It used to be such a nice facility but has gone completely down hill. I will never go back.

I've been going there for almost 7 years and can't say how much I appreciate the people there. I totally trust Kelly Sosa with my health care needs.

I've been sitting in the waiting room for approximately 2 hours for a walk in. I think it's ridiculous that you should have to wait this long. It's almost like they are purposely not calling people who don't have an appointment back.
