Established in 2005, Meritus Signature Homes is one of the most respected and trusted custom home builders in the Carolinas. From mountainside sanctuaries to waterfront retreats, along with some of the South’s most talked about cities, Meritus can plan, design and build a home that suits each customer's lifestyle. Key to the process is the Meritus Design Center that enables the client to see and feel the quality building products and interior components that are featured in every Meritus home. Onsite there are samples from top-of-the-line makers of flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, and appliances are showcased, as well as those of exterior product manufacturers. Meritus is also a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program, a network of the South’s top custom home builders brought together by the Southern Living magazine. The program reaches out to custom builders who display a high caliber of detailed craftsmanship, excellent customer service, financial stability, and use of quality building materials in their homes.
