Regal medical group of which he is part of is THE worst medical group I have ever dealt with in over 40 years. all they care about is money. They dont give a damm about patient needs. If you call you are on hold forever.Then when they answer you are told everyone is busy and a rep will return your call, and they dont. I have been trying to get a problem with my ankle solved for over 6mo.s INCOMPETENT ,INCOMPETENT, iNCOMPETENT!!!!! If you can switch to Healthcare Partners Do-it. I know from past expierence they are great. The only reason I switched is because my doctor of 30 years stopped accepting Health care partners. After dealing with this LOUSY, INCOMPETENT ORGINIZATION for 8 mo.s I will be looking for a new Dr. and going back to Healthcare Partners.
