Mesa Urbana offers a unique dining experience. Although this is classified as a Mexican restaurant, food is served tapas style. I found just about everything we ordered to be very delicious. Admittedly, the exterior is not aesthetically appealing, but please don't mind the ugly storefront. The interior is very presentable. I look forward to returning soon enough.

New edit 3.5 stars: Extremely busy at 8pm on Saturday. At that time, looks like if you know the owners, you will have priority at seating, no matter if you have the reservation or not. Also the kitchen appears overworked - it took forever for our entrees to arrive and they were all overcooked.

Small plates with great flavors,  wonderful friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended

Cozy atmosphere, wonderful wait staff! The food was awesome! Beautiful presentation of guacamole and also had the salmon,
 very impressive!!! The 1959 brownie was amazing!

Love this place!  Prefer not going on weekends when it's jam packed and loud.  But food is a real treat!

    Mexico meets the Middle East. Fusion of Mexican favorites with a Mediterranean twist turns boring dishes into fun. Attention to details, great service and creative dishes. 
    This is not just your whole enchilada, it is one surprise after another waiting to please your senses. Weekends get busy so make reservations or allow plenty of time. 
    It is on the pricey side but well worth it. Oh! Don't forget their creative offerings from the bar. Cheers, everyone!
