All of the receptionists are unprofessional. They're rude when they answer the phones and changed their policy of booking appointments which is WAY more confusing. To add to the confusion, they booked me for a service I was unaware of and when it was a no show (because I didn't know), they counted it against me. I found out when I tried to book an appointment for myself and my sister as a new client. 

I don't have time for it. There are too many other talented stylists throughout Los Angeles to deal with an unprofessional and hostile studio.

Marguerite and her crew are awesome! I found Mesch after doing a website over a year ago and I haven't been anywhere else since.  Marguerite's hours are fantastic.  She's willing to go in early or stay late to accomodate clients. Love that I can book appointments online.  She's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about good hair care as well. Love this shop!

Worst hair salon and customer service ever. They offered a promotion and when I went to redeem it the salon owner Marguerite said that I can't read and said something entirely different than what was on the promotion. Then she decided to block my number. This salon is classless and the hairstylists are always late and the quality of the styles are horrible. I'm so excited that my regular hairstylist is moving back to LA! Stay away from Mesch hair studio. :(

Marguerite is a saint!! I called before I came in. I came from another hair salon and needed another style. She not only seated me right away but she delivered exactly what I wanted with a flare!! Exactly how my original stylist would have done it but with more style. I've never seen myself this way. She made me feel a lot better and made me look better too. Thank you for your kindness and your Black Girl Magic 😘😘😇😇
