The best experience at a dentist's office I've ever had. The staff did so much for me today, more than just x-rays and fluoride treatments. They gave me peace of mind. The office and waiting areas are beautifully maintained and they treated me to a tour, where I got to see the ultra-modern equipment and tools used in the practice. Dr. Messersmith himself was extremely personable and even stopped to talk with me instead of just running in and out and on to the next patient. What can I say about Cassie? She's just amazing. I've had hygienists floss my teeth like they were using barbed wire, but Cassie was gentle, thorough, and attentive. Between her and the unbelievably comfortable exam chair, I could have fallen asleep. I was worried about the final result, which was that I would have to have all my fillings replaced, and maybe get a few new ones. Money is always a huge concern. But everyone helped assure me there, as well. My treatment plan is VERY affordable, and they worked with - and around - my insurance to make certain I got the maximum benefit. They even ran the insurance through multiple times to make sure. Again, it was the best experience at a dentist's office I've ever had.

Run for your life. I don't usually write such bad reviews about anything, but these people are genuinely awful. Waited over an hour past my appointment while I could hear giggling in the back. A 'meeting?' Okay, but while you have appointments? 4 or 5 people in the lobby waited with me. Once I finally went back, I sat there for another 30 minutes because they backed themselves up giggling and cracking jokes in their 'meeting.' 

They rushed once they finally got to me now that they had made themselves too busy. They scrapped my teeth as fast as they could and gave me a sub-par cleaning for maybe 5 minutes before they tossed me out. I was in awe walking out of that building. I've never seen a set of 'professionals' so disconnected from their customers. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.
