Excellent Customer Service from Sheldon Holland!! My husband and I went in to Metro Ford Miami looking for a specific truck. Sheldon was absolutely wonderful to work with. He wasn't like one of those shady car salesman. Sheldon is from North Carolina and let me tell you that southern charm and gentry is very much displayed in his work ethic. He helped us get the truck we wanted, for the price we wanted. We didn't feel like anybody was trying to get us at this dealership. If you want a great car for a great price and excellent customer service go see Sheldon!

My salesman Antony C was great. Super friendly, helpful and a man of his word. Bought a 2011 F350 6.7 dually here and it was in great shape. Purchased at a very fair price. It drives well and has no issues at all a month later. Extremely satisfied and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Anyone complaining about this place are upset about their lack of credit and money. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and this was one of my better experiences.

This is my second time purchasing a car at Miami Metro Ford and the service is awesome. I have one sales person I go to and his name is Lance. He left a lasting impression on me the first time I came in contact with him and had to go back to him to purchase my second car. I left happy and satisfy. All the other staff who assisted was awesome as well. Thank you so much for all you guys did for me. Loving my car and so does everybody else 😀😀

Where do I begin...my husband and I had been researching the market for a new car as we wanted to get into an SUV. We visited several dealers and were extremely discouraged by the prices AND the salesmen we encountered. We found an ad online for Metro Ford and took it to another Ford dealer closer to where we were at that moment. The manager came out and told us that the ad was a lie and that the prices for the car we were looking into were way more than double what the advertisement said. 
I called Metro Ford and inquired about the ad and Ana the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She confirmed that the deal in the ad was in fact available. It was Sunday almost at closing time and she offered to have someone stay and wait for us. I felt bad and told her we would come in on Monday.  This morning she followed up with us and connected us with Jose Diaz who became our sales person. Jose was INCREDIBLE. Extremely friendly and pleasant....from the beginning he was straight up and did  not make us feel pressured. He showed us all our options and made sure we test drove the cars to really get a feel for what we wanted. 
We chose a Ford Expedition...I truly want to stress that this was the most pleasant and easy going car buying experience ever. The whole staff including the finance gentleman Juan and the insurance man were awesome! The manager came out at the end and thanked us and was also very nice. I don’t know about the other salesmen but I can honestly say Jose made this the best experience possible.

My husband and my self  had a very nice experience with Metro ford. Mr Sheldon Holland was excellent professional who was very caring as we was on thin budget and could not afford no real expensive car, we ride out with a used 2013 Hyundai Sonata that runs great and looks like new the dealership is located in Miami , nice dealership. Larry and my self  are completely satisfied..
