I had bought a new home and my real estate agent had recommended that I change the locks in the house because lots of people have has access and he recommends it to all his customers. So I took his advice went on Yelp made a couple phone calls finally landed on Metro locksmith. Roy came out and was on time and very polite. Very reasonably priced and changed all the locks in my home with no troubles. Provided me with my new keys and disposed of my old locks for me. I've already referred Metro locksmith to my other two family members who had bought houses for themselves they use them as well great service I refer to all! Kudos to Metro locksmith and Roy for great service and customer service!!

Outstanding service!! During my trip in Washington, DC I hurried to the airport with the rented car to return the car to the agency and get my flight to Vegas. I was locked out of the car and called Metro Locksmith to get emergency lockout service. The dispatcher behind the phone was very nice and reassuring and sent a technician to my location. In less than 20 minutes the technician Karen arrived and was also very professional and courteous. She's opened the car in 2 minutes at a price that equal to every pocket. Thank you very much Karen and Metro locksmith for amazing service. Definitely and highly recommend!!!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I called Metro Locksmith to unlock my door when I was locked out of my apartment this week. My landlord was not around and the only person I gave an extra set of keys to moved out of town few months ago. The dispatcher behind the phone responded to my messages very quickly and answered all my questions. Then, the technicians showed up exactly on time as scheduled and replaced the locks perfectly. The technicians were professional, courteous and friendly. I have asked for a quote from different locksmiths to get a new lock for my apartment and this company is the most reasonably priced. I don’t plan on having key issues but if I do, I will still patronize Metro Locksmith. And I would definitely recommend them to friends and anyone who is in need of a quick lock fix. Great services and overall great experience. Thank you.

the best locksmith service!! I just moved to a new House in Washington DC and was needed to replace the locks for the 3 doors. So i called Metro Locksmith and since I placed the call the technician David showed up at the time we scheduled. very knowledgeable and professional,He explained to me everything is goin to do in the job and gave me a reliable fair price and change the locks and make all of them for the same key. Highly recommend on them

They came over to check out my apartment door lock that had been jamming on and off. They fixed it in a few minutes; it couldn't have been better and faster. An excellent price for a prompt service and was very polite. I really can't recommend Metro Locksmith highly enough!
