I liked a car there and I left offer on their website. Two days later, the sales manager (Jay) called me about my offer and we have agreed to make the deal about the car and I paid 400$ as a deposit. Next day, the business manager (Chris Zimmerman ) emailed me that someone else had a deal with the car I had chosen and they sold it. I live in Florida and I booked my flight ticket and I was willing to buy a car insurance before I fly there and drive that car. I couldn't get money back from my flight and I'm so frustrated about how these people there are terrible.

HORRIBLE experience. Bought a truck there in February and days later the check engine light came it. Had to bring it back to the dealership multiple times for the same issue and they are not properly fixing it. Now it's May and still have the same issue. All I have received are empty promises and no returned phone calls. Every time I call they promise to call back and never do. Say they ordered parts when they haven't. Say they will detail the car because it was left a mess after bringing it to get "fixed" and that wasn't done. Have been told by Chris in sales he will make Jay the sales manager "feel bad" about these things, but doesn't actually FIX anything. Save yourself from wasting time, energy and money. Also had an Edmunds coupon and they did not honor the price. There was a recall and they failed to mention it. I'm also told that if I don't word things the right way the extra warranty that I purchased may not cover whatever other issues arise. They are a bunch of bullshitters and very unprofessional.

Service sucks. My sister bought a car and went back for service and car is and still sitting since December. Parts paid for and car note paid up to date. SUCKS!!!!!!

The finance manager failed big time. Please don't do business with Phil Barber. BAD EXPERIENCE. He will jack the price up then try to hide it. But I have proof. Also I requested gap coverage and was ignored now I'm told it's too late. I've had the vehicle 5 days
