They keep the place clean and repaired, the Qcard kiosk has been down a few times but it is fixed in less than a few days.  There is plenty of parking space and it is located pretty close to a police station.  I feel safe there even at night.

I love that the park and ride is only about a mile and a half from where I live but the bus driver always leaves at least 1 minute early and he drives pretty aggressively.

The park and ride system in general is a great service. This stop is as good as any park and ride location I've seen. Plenty of parking spots, and consistent and predictable bus scheduals. There are 2 busses that come here and lead to the same place, so it's not usually hard to get a ride down at any time.

Clean and close to HEB or other businesses if you need facilities of refreshments.
