Had to call metro to diagnose a leak. They said they traced the leak to the boiler. But boiler stopped working because of whatever their engineer has done during his visit. Very unprofessional. Very misinformative diagnostic report. They claim they receive 24 hours emergency call outs and yet they hang up on you when you call late because they have caused a family to have no hot water over the weekend. Please avoid at all costs
Excellent rates, comfortable facilities and very close to town.
Metro are a great bunch of guys who have done all sorts of jobs for me both big and small, they are prompt, polite and hardworking. They always do the work to a very high standard and are very competitive with their prices. Highly recommend
A total waste of time! Richard came out to diagnose a leak but he made inadequate checks and didn’t want to touch anything. He insisted that the ceiling would have to be cut out to see the pipes. I used a local plumber later who quickly assessed the situation by pulling a floor board up and the problem was soon resolved with a good quality sealant. I would personally never use Metro Plumbers.
I have used Metro Plumbers on various occasions and I can honestly say they are a fantastic company to work with who I would highly recommend and one I will choose to use time and time again. All staff members I have encountered have been polite, professional, hard working and have gone above and beyond.
