Manager is extra caring, service is top notch. Property is super clean. Right across the street for me and so lucky that I don't have to worry about my boat being safe and my unit for my company. Love this place!!!

months after arrival a price increase.  Charge for a proprietary locks (you can't bring your own).  Mandatory insurance.  Great staff.  Very clean facility.  Secure with good lighting.  Shop around and inspect the fine print.

This facility is both well maintained and well managed! Ms Savage provides unparalleled courteous/helpful customer service with attention to detail and smile! I submitted a review of 4  out of 5 stars given the excellence of this facility under Ms Savage's care-with room always for growth! At a time when so many who provide superb service through their labor/efforts I would take pleasure to know The Metro Storage Organization recognizes the value of their Spring Hill site manager Ms Savage!

Had a unit here for close to 2 years.  Always clean and consistent.  Under lock down 24/7.  Good security here, reasonable rates and very clean.  All units are cleaned and painted prior to moving in.  Management is always on site as well if you have any issues.
