I have had nothing but good experiences with the front desk, the nursing staff or Dr. Hanson. I especially appreciate his approach of monitoring rather than attacking slow-growing prostate cancer in the early stages. If a more aggressive treatment had been prescribed I would have left for a second opinion. I am very grateful to catch this in the early stages so that I can delay its progress through natural alternatives. If and when the time comes to remove the cancer, we will have several tests with trending analysis to nip this thing before it becomes deadly. Very grateful to the whole team.

Absolutely unpleasant experience and staffing. Especially Linda K at the front desk. Came into Metro Urology, not greeted for several minutes during their meeting. Very unattentive and over scheduled my appointment couple times. The nursing staff will make you feel rushed and unwelcomed as you're an inconvenience for their day. As an older gentleman it was tough already to get things moving, but rude and condescending language from Linda K makes you certainly never to return. The care of this location is not kind. Especially Gina Michaels, they way she talked TO you as a patient. I will not return and hope that all new patients be advised to avoid. Just start with a phone call and you'll understand how future experiences may seem.
