I like my doctor and the staff there are always very professional and friendly.  There is never a wait if needing to go to the ER.

The nurses and doctors always go out of their way to accommodate me and keep me as healthy as possible. They work around my schedule so that I don't miss any important events during my day. Don't know what I would do without this place.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have been unfortunately insured by them since they were Kaiser and have used this pharmacy since the beginning. Nothing has changed with HealthSpan, other than everyone being confused by taking numbers. If my employees had the same customer service skills as they do in this pharmacy, I would be out of business. However, their business is healthcare and they do not have to be nice. The only pharmacy that is worse is the one located in Bedford, they give an entire new meaning to the word rude.
