Been using metro link for years.. never have had a good experience.. they drive past bus stops, 90 percent of the drivers are extremely rude. They skip bus stops to make up time whoch ultimately screws you over and dont even get me started on the old lady who drives the 20 at night. The app is bogus and never right. Horrible horrible service. Can i give zero stars?

One of the worst bus services I have ever used.  On a regular day, my bus is about 25 minutes late.  I am faster riding my bicycle across the QC then taking the bus, even if it is on time.

Very bad company. Bitter drivers are constantly passing students on purpose. The CSRs are ghetto and rude.

The CSRs are snotty and uneducated. If you're a student, the drivers will pass you on purpose.
