The worst place ever. Bad mood people works in that mickey mouse store. They just want to make sales no matter what. The rebate they didnt xplain me how to do it rhe right way. Never told me about the receipt in order to get the 60 $ rebate .they make get 2 accesories that they only got one a cheap cover .the glass protector even tough they ask for my cell num. So they will call me when the glass protector arrives and they never did. Finally i went back and they install the protector that fell of the glass the next day. I will sugest all people i know not to go to do any kind of business in thaat place. And i definitely will switch companies. They should replace or train theyr personnel the right way or fired them. Store sucks.

Its sunday 2-19-2017 at 12:39 pm. I arrived at 12:00 pm. There is one employee. I am still waiting. I was not greeted and the employee is asking questions in a forigen language. It may be worth trying a more expensive wireless phone company to get better service. My time is money and more!

Sold an elderly woman a high tech phone when she wanted a flip phone was told it was discontinued when in fact they had them at the store. They refused to exchange the phone wanted my mother to buy another phone and to top it off when she made her monthly payment of $25 her line was still disconnected because the high tech phone they sold her the monthly plan is higher and they failed to advise her. This is unacceptable. Don't let your elderly family go there unless you're with them.
