I had never been in the store before and I came in excited about purchasing a new phone. However, the customer service was absolute trash! The young lady was very rude and did not seem to want to be there. She was not in the mood to answer questions and there was a guy in there posted up just chilling. The entire vibe of the place is the farthest from welcoming.

This store is disrespectful and dont never be in the store always have her kid in the store and she be outside with her boyfriend and not in the store. I was waiting in the store for 15 min before i left out and i had to ask were was the person thag work here and the said outside and i askes her how long was she going to be and she said she will be in. In a minute and if i dont like it i can go some were else. So this place please dont go very rude people here 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
