As the president of our community's HOA I can say that Metropolis is a great condominium management company. We have had many management companies ending quickly in disappointment, but metropolis was a gift to find because they are just A+.  Here is why. 
We get attention, respect, fast return calls, our manager is assessable at the drop of a hat, knowledgeable and organized. The OWNER is also assessable which is unheard of. Our records and financials are straight and any issues big or small are addressed quickly and with ease. 
The people are friendly, real and just nice people. If you are looking for a management company whether you are big or small, metropolis is the place

Metropolis Condo Mgmt. has been our community's Management company for two years and we are very happy to report they receive an A+ as far as management companies go.  I have come to realize more each year that a management company deals with those tough issues that we don't want to deal with, and Metropolis handles these with grace and ease.  Metropolis has become friends as well as managers and we depend on them to keep our community thriving. Our financials are always in tact, any problems we have in our community are taken care of swiftly and with respect. Our calls for help are returned in lightening speed.  We are a small community and we are treated with equal detailed attention and with respect.  I would highly recommend them.

A totally useless management company.  A bunch of thieves and thugs - unable to balance the books and will never provide your community with financial details.  Attorney General and FBI should investigate this company - they belong in jail for misusing HOAs funds, discrimination and for not fulfilling its duties.  Stay away from this company.

While I hate having to spend money to fix my home, I know that living in an hoa you have to do those things. I also know it is not the manager that's making me do this but our board. I will say our manager is very knowledgeable and walked me through what I need to do and was pleasant to speak to. I was asked for my opinion on a survey and I am making it public. So thank you Metropolis and Carrie
