Awesome, friendly, experienced people, always done in a timely manner . I have a small business and they always help get any deduction possible to help me out for a great rate. Way better than going someplace like H&R Block or trying to do it myself. Highly recommend!

Go in for our first initial visit and there 45 minutes to an hour behind schedule so we reschedule for the next Saturday. 2nd appointment was on time. We was told they was about a week and a half out on getting taxes completed, no problem. Week and a half goes by so I call, I was told that they would b done on Friday and Grant would call me at 330. No phone call or anything on Friday. My wife and myself called Monday morning and Grant said the taxes was done and just needed to print out with schedule C and would have final figures Monday afternoon and for me to call. Monday afternoon I call office person answere and I said are my taxes done. She says yes but she had not recorded it yet. That to me means the billing wasn't completed. So I go iñ and the give me all my stuff back and says grant can't get your taxes done today so he decided not to do them at all. Fact is he and his office help day things that they can not deliver on.. very bad business practices, poor communication and just bad service, unprofessional, unprofessional, unprofessional. Don't go here unless that's what you want.

Grant is awesome! I was referred to Metropolitan Accounting & Tax by a close friend. I have since been using their services and could not be happier! The staff are all very friendly and professional! If you or someone you know is looking for a knowledgeable & professional accounting or tax firm I highly suggest you give Grant a call. I wont use anyone else! Fast! Honest! Reliable! I rate them 6 Stars!

NEVER go here to get your taxes done! Grant had everything to properly do my taxes for 6 weeks and they never got done. Since it was 6 days prior to April 15th, I called  and asked his assistant if my taxes were done. When she told me they were not done I said...well do you know when they will be done? and she again said No. umm?? It is your job to find out for me. I am the customer. My fiance also called and spoke with Grant regarding the taxes not being done. Grant said "do not give me a deadline." Really? We gave them two more days to do my taxes and they still weren't done today (April 11th) so my fiance went and picked them up and I did them myself. It took my less than one hour to do them myself. Not only is it unacceptable to not have my taxes done in the 6 weeks that you had my information, but it is incredible to me that after we clearly stated we were worried our taxes had not been done, Grant still did not do them! Terrible service!
