I went to check this location out a few days ago... OMG, I wish I might ever lower my standards to this TIGHT, unkept, filthy place. 

As I rode through there, all I saw were very nasty kept trailers & their surroundings, with the exception of a few here & there. There was clutter everywhere. Also, very unfriendly people that eye you down with the evil eye as you drive through, children included. 

Also didn't see a diverse collection of culture either...I'm multi racial so this was a big red flag for me. 

I've been to several parks & have not seen what I have seen here.

SIDE NOTE TO. . . Lover of Life:  

1ST of all. . . you don't know me. . . so don't come off as if you do. . . I don't know a soul in that place. 

I'm VERY FAR from racist. . . if you would have read properly, I said, "I WAS MULTI-RACIAL".  I've been to this place many many many times in the past few months all different times of the day & night. The last time I went through there was on 9/23/2017,  just to see if there have been any changes. . . just ONE that was a little noticeable from my first few visits there. . .it wasn't as cluttered & dirty between the mobile homes. So, I guess someone is reading the reviews of us very upfront blunt individuals that see things as they are.

2nd:  I wouldn't call 90% Hispanic, 7% White, 2% African-American​ & 1% Filipino a diverse community. So, if there are other nationalities there, that 10% must come out after midnight. . . please don't feed them or get them wet after that time, because they just might multiply & push the the other 90% out...LMAO 😂

3rd:  I'm Italian (mom), Black & Cherokee (dad). . . My 3 adult sons are Puerto Rican (their dad's mom), Black Foot,  Black & Irish (their dad's father) + WHAT I AM.  I also have 2 grandchildren that are more mixed than the rest of us. . . Puerto Rican, Cuban & Italian ( their mother).  THAT'S what THIS racist calls diverse, hun. . . now go kick rocks & break a toe or 2 while you're at it 😉

The people rating this place 4+ ⭐s are so full of it. . . just ride through there & you'll see that my review is on point.  Do your research there are much nicer affordable mobile home parks near by within 15-35min away from this place.

They will not get $800+ a month from me for that unfriendly, tight as hell, no vegetation, dump.

I used to live there, when the management change over they got worse after the previous manager stole money from the property owner and the owner's son took over and started trouble. We were there to visit friends and neighbors who are both.
