We had a reservation for 5:30 Saturday for my sisters' birthdays.  Hadn't been here before but they were ready for us right on time.  Food was very good but we felt very rushed through the meal. Instead of waiting for everyone to give their drink orders, the waitress left to put in some orders and then came back for the rest. The last of our group had just gotten their drinks when the appetizers arrived and the entrees were brought out even before the appetizers were finished and we were in and out in under an hour, not a very relaxing meal.  Even though food was very good, would not recommend if you want a relaxing evening.

Went to a baby event held at the Metropolitan Cafe.  Most notably, the food was excellent and there was enough to go around.  I was quite full when I left. The menu is quite eclectic, with a little something for everyone.  Additionally, many of the dishes seem to have a cool twist, prepared in some unique and creative fashion.

Equally important, the staff was excellent! They were very cheerful and attentive to the needs of customers.  I never felt ignored.  I found them helpful and pleasant to be around.

I will most defintiely recommend the Metropolitan Cafe.

Fantastic we went on New Year’s eve we were able to get a reservation day of. The service was amazing both the manager and our server were very hospitable. Due to the crowdedness since it was New Year’s Eve they asked us to slightly move our table. However they did in the nicest way and offered us a free drink. The food was amazing. It’s a little pricey compared to the other things on main street however it is well worth it. We highly recommend the donuts for dessert. We will be back many times. Also you may be able to get a discount if you use a certain credit card there.
