Absolutely horrible experiences. Unsafe and Unreliable. The Customer Service Supervisors are rude and incompetent. I have had nothing but bad experiences dealing with a service we pay for. They made it quite obvious that they did not care about my complaints as I was on ly one small fish in their pond. I am fed up and will not stop until we are all shown more respect from drivers and supervisors. Shame on MTC.
