Joe came to our house and gave us an estimate. We came to a price agreement and he said he will send us the contract later. We had most of the water pipes changed by this company . After few days of work, we were called and said they were done. Checked water pressure, everywhere was fine but the kitchen and laundry room were not done. We were told that was not included. It shocked us, why wouldn't we want the kitchen done when we had our meeting in the kitchen with Joe and he knew that was the main reason. This company, lied to us and we had to pay another $800 to get the job done. Joe agreed to a different price because he knew we were going to pick a different company for that price. Will never have them do any work for us.
We tried multiple times to reach out to Joe and explain what happened, he never called back.

Got a new water heater, was installed in about 2 hours and they did great work. Pricing was good too. I would definitely  be calling them for any other work.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!  This company is terrible.  They will scare you by telling you that your furnace is leaking carbon monoxide and insist that it needs to be shut down so they can sell you a new and outrageously overpriced furnace.  These people are pure and unapologetic charlatans. What is beyond despicable is the fact that they target the elderly.  Shame on you David, Robin, Kevin and Nick!

Either look into a new receptionist, or teach yours some manners. You'll lose a lot of business with attitude like that on the phone.

Great Prices, Great Work!  They have installed a new central air unit and a now a new furnace along with new ductwork.  Very happy with their work and especially with the prices.  We got many quotes and they beat everyone by quite a bit.  We'll be using them in the future as well!!
