How many times, I stop on the way home from something, no energy to cook. Connie always has the place running perfect. She must be tough on staff, but the customers get the best. I had to choose tonight between lamb and sea bass. That's not even fair. Bread is fresh with oil and balsamic. The Mezza Notte salad has pears and goat cheese. And the staff are warm, engaging, very knowledgeable and don't turn over. Unheard of in the industry. I'm tired from the meeting, engaged in conversation with the bar gal and nursing a sangiovese while waiting for my lamb. Wherever you are you can't do better.

Possibly the closest thing to a high end Manhattan style restaurant you'll find in a suburb of Albany. Good food, competent, friendly waitstaff. Worth a visit.
