The Bailey Group went above and beyond in my recent experience with them. Scott Mcintosh went out of his way during a holiday weekend to help my family secure crucial insurance coverage for a family member in a time-sensitive, emergency situation. His willingness to assist during such a challenging time for my family made all the difference. Cheyenne Goode is also always so kind and was such a help in routing us to the correct contact. I highly recommend working with their team.
Anyone who has gone through the "Medicare Maze" knows it's better to have someone extremely familiar explain all of the options available. We started the process with Scott McIntosh with the Bailey Group and are very pleased we did. Scott thoroughly explained all of the options and made solid recommendations as to what looked to be the best options for us. We were also in need of a couple months of insurance after our current plan runs out and before Medicare begins. Again, Scott did an excellent job of presenting our options and enrolling us. If looking for someone to get you through the "Maze" Scott is the person to do it.
When my son needed to find an individual health insurance plan quickly, after aging out of our plan, Scott from The Bailey Group did a great job of helping us weed through the FloridaBlue options and choosing a plan for him. Scott even went above and beyond by working on a holiday to get my son enrolled on short notice.
Scott McIntosh, Senior Advisor with The Bailey Group is THE BEST Advisor for Health Insurance! And now that I am going on Medicare next month he took an entire hour going over each category and option explaining it simply. He did it in a professional & respectful way, while answering questions patiently. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with! I felt I knew so much more than when I came in and that I made the best choice. Especially because you get so much info sent to you from various sources and Scott explained it in person so well. He condensed it all into one very informative presentation. He knows what he's talking about!

We first met Tammy Evans last year when we were planning to move to Medicare Part B from my company insurance. We explained our plan and our concerns for continuing coverage. We made our move in March of 2023 and it went good. We found Tammy Evans to be professional extremely knowledgeable. She explained every detail of the policy to our complete satisfaction. Tammy was to understanding and caring that we felt extremely valued and that she was truly concerned. She is always there for us if ANY question should arise.
