Roger H. Sweet Patient & Family Learning Center is a health education resource center located at MGH Charlestown HealthCare Center.
The MGH Charlestown Healthcare Center is committed to providing patients and their families with health education that is individualized for their culture, age and literacy level. We believe health education is essential for a healthy lifestyle.
The Healthcare Center Hours are as follows:
HealthCenter Open Regularly: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00pm (Adult Services only)
Saturday (Adult Services only): 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

The Roger H. Sweet Patient and Family Learning Center is located on the first floor of the health center and can offer you computers for health-related internet searches, brochures, group teaching sessions and/or an individualized teaching session with our Health Educator. We can help you understand more about health, illness, treatment choices, and how to communicate with your healthcare providers.
The Health Educator is available during the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30-4:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00-5:30pm
