At this surgery it takes forever to get in. It is not uncommon to wait over 2 weeks. One day I had an acute UTI and so they squeezed me in for an early morning appointment. I saw Casey Graham and he rushed me in and out within a few minutes, was very blunt (actually rude) and when I went to ask questions he said he was only seeing me for what I had come in for and did not have time to answer any other questions. He then just left the room. My next experience was a very bad back problem and as I could not get an apt I went to the walk in clinic attached to the hospital (part of the whole Olympic Physician, Mason General). Lisa Dell saw me here and she was very good although she only now works at the walk in clinic so she cannot be seen on a regular basis. I then had to go back for another visit at the walk in clinic for acute stomach pains. I was told at the front desk that I could not just come back and back and back (her exact words). I was stunned as I never knew the walk in clinic was an option prior to my previous visit and had only been there once before. I then saw the doctor (nice enough lady) who told me to just go back to my own doctor. I have now made an apt for that but it is once again over a two week wait and one I will not go to now after today's experience. Today I went for an apt on the request of my periodontist prior to treating my gums. I only got this apt because of a cancellation, otherwise it would have been again a two or more week wait. The doctor In Kyu Yoo, M.D. was very abrupt, seemed very annoyed at the request of blood tests for the periodontist and asked me twice if I had been a drug addict/was taking drugs or was at risk from aids. I was shocked to the core. This doctor was also off hand, dismissed my periodontal disease and even told me that one of my mouth abscesses was a tooth. ( My Periodontist did not mistake my tooth for an abscess). I was completely stunned. I will be changing my doctors as soon as I find a suitable and caring place to go, where my health concerns are listened to and addressed and where I am not waiting for weeks on end for an appointment. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT ANY KIND OF DECENT MEDICAL SERVICE. Appalling. Rude, abrupt and lacking in integrity. In fact one star is one star to many. I give them none.

Dr KC Graham is awesome. After he makes a diagnosis, he gives you options and lets you decide what kind of care you want. It's very vindicating. He also takes into account what you think the problem might be.

I like that they have a lab right on site and a pharmacy in the same parking lot. I have seen a few of the different providers in this group and a provider with an ARNP after her name and she is a nice person but I do not think she understands my condition or how it affects my daily living.

My doctor, Dr. Millard, is both professional and caring. The staff makes you feel that you came to the right place.

I saw Lisa Dell for to long. Without question or consult she changed my ongoing and prescribed medications. For three appointments following, Ms, Dell became invisible when it was time for follow ups on this matter. I really wish I had met Dr. Millard before I decided to take my business down the street. Had I met him first this rating would have been much better.
