I switched attorney and went with Connie Merwine after extensive calls to different law offices in Monroe County. When I had my consult, Attorney Merwine was very direct and straight to the point. She listened to my dismay, my issues and what I wanted. Due to an emergency situation I retained her for custody modification. From the 2 paralegals that assist her Briana and Maritza, email and phone call responses and the day of representation, they were all professional, understanding and most importantly realistic. Follow ups, questions and phone calls were answered, they made me feel we could do this and in the end I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I truly would tell anyone if you have any family court issues that Attorney Merwine is the one to hire and know she will represent you to the best!

I personally dealt with Mike Kaspszyk, but in all this place in general is amazing , friendly and professional. They make you feel important and actually give you the attention that you need during the whole process. They explain everything to you and keep you well informed ,without making you feel overwhelmed. Definitely recommend them and I personally will continue going to them for any of my legal issues. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Attorney Kaspsyck handled ny worker's comp case for me,he did an excellent job, we had very good communication,and he explained everything to me that i needed to know. I had many questions through the process,and he always took the time to answer them, and keep me updated. Great law firm to have handle your case.

They never return calls. The attorney is rude, screaming at the client.Nevet would I recommend them, they don't even follow up on the case after hearings, all they care about is how much money they can make from you.

I was very nervous at first but that went away. They said I have a Great case.  If you make that call to them and to see if you have a Great case.  They will fight for your rights all the way. I had hired and obtained MHK attorneys when I had lost an appeal with a former lawyer, Binder n Binder from NY.  I had  started my claim a little over 4 years ago. Michelle Mcfarlane is the best. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate about her work and super hypervigilant when it comes to her job. We had our hearing just recently and we can all safely say it was a win.
