Avoid! Totally missed sending my prescription, which is 80% higher than if I would of gotten it at Rite Aide or some other place, and their after-hours personnel are incredibly rude. I will not use them again, nor recommend them, and will make sure the doctors office that set this up knows how horrible they are.

Normally I would say outstanding service, however my last experience has been a nightmare. This is the worst experience of Customer Service I have ever had to deal with in my life! After my doctors appointment Monday, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. I was told they will be delivered. At this point I had already been without a vital medicine for 2 days. When they called Monday, I stated please ensure this medication was included. When the delivery came the specific medication I asked for was missing. I had been battling other non related illness and a death of a personal friend. By Thursday there was still no word from the pharmacy. I called and after encountering the rudest pharmacist Melissa, who threatened not to give me my medication and asked the brainless question do I still want my medicine? I demanded to speak to someone above her, she refused stating her manager Jadir was out of town and would contact me after the holiday. She offered the standard apology, proceeded to sigh under her breathe as I was speaking and was speaking aggressively to me like I did something wrong. When my tone matched hers, she claimed I was threatening her. Meanwhile, I am dealing with her and her staff members incompetent behavior. It's protocol for you not to contact a patient to advise a vital medication that is taken regularly cannot be filled? If this is any indication as to their level of patient care, they should no longer be in business. These individuals are opening your company up to potential lawsuits and you should relieve them and protect your company. I wish to speak to the the gentleman that owns this company, because the circumstances could have very well had a different outcome.
