Great service! Excellent food. I'm always skeptical about real authentic Mexican food when we travel away from Houston. Jalisco did not disappoint. Lemonada and Aguas Frescas were on point and delicious.
The attitude from the guy at the front is ridiculous. Wouldn't even let me look at the menu before he said " Taco or burrito" . I did not feel welcomed and I knew I should have turned around when it smelled like perfume and not food . I didn't even order due to being rushed and the place was completely empty .Service: 1/5
No nonsense good Mexican food. Had the burrito plate with the fajita chicken. It hit the spot as did the cops and salsa! Excellent service from Leo.Food: 5/5

Huevos Rancheros was very good. Chorizo scramble was great too. Loved the choices of hot sauces and table salsa and chips were fresh. Homemade flour tortillas. Everything cooked perfectly. Portions are not stingy. Full all day. Nice decor, great service too.Food: 5/5
I had the carne gisada burrito. It's supposed to be a well-simmered, tender meat in an almost gravy-style sauce. This was dry and tough. No moisture. I asked for a side of beans and a side of rice and they put it in the burrito. Our server was a guy who obviously did not want to be there. Seemed to be preoccupied with his phone. My buddy had the posole soup and loved it. The chips and salsa are really good, but they give one little cup of the salsa and you have to beg for more. Especially when the burrito was SO dry...
I was a customer for the past 8 years at this restaurant but no more. I would order on average 15 to 20 breakfast tacos every Friday for the company I work for. But thanks to this last experience, I will never return and I will instead drive to Hewitt for better food and service. The people at this restaurant are rude and the service is not worth tipping. The prices keep getting higher while the amount of food keeps getting smaller. What used to be a good place to eat is no more and that is a shame.
Just want to say that I had a great experience at this place. Staff was super friendly, cook was amazing and the food was soooo good!! So me and my wife had breakfast. She ordered tacos 1 with potatoes egg and cheese and 1 with chorizo egg and cheese. I had the sausage & egg plate + side of bacon. My wife loved the taco with the chorizo but said both were amazing. The plates when ordered the egg is mixed with the meat so egg and sausage, egg and bacon, egg and chorizo are mixed together. I did know that though I was going to have a side of sausage and bacon with my eggs so just keep that In mind. Plate comes with 2 tortillas flour or corn potatoes and refried beans. I'm not a fan of beans but these were some of the best beans I have ever had I ate all of them. We had such a good experience that we tipped the server $15 and I call out the cook and tipped him $10 so they got a $25 tip of some breakfast, thats how good it was. They will be changing there name and hours soon. But same workers and cook! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
