We just ate appetizers at bar.  We were waiting for our table.  Appetizers filled is up.  Food is ok nothing outstanding but we didn't eat a whole meal.  Atmosphere is great, service good.  Look like a fun place. Suggest a reservation especially for groups over 4.  Parking: At very end of strip mall

I enjoy restaurants Costa Coast as you have seen my posts as a guide.  This is the best TexMex restaurant I've had in Florida to date!!  1.  Food -  Perfect! 2. Service - Perfect! 3. Restaurant - PACKED.  And for very good reason! 4. Atmosphere - Many different choices. 5.  Value - Exceptional!  They could easily charge a lot more than they do.  So I had the burrito ground beef two tacos. A softshell and a hardshell taco. I also had their queso dip which was absolutely awesome. I came in hungry and left completely satisfied.  As you can see from my pictures the food taste as good as it looks!  So...  Yes do!  You will not be disappointed at all!  If you've got a taste for Mexican food, this is the absolute place to go for Mexican food in Sarasota as far as I am concerned enjoy!

Such a great Mexican restaurant! They have it all from food, decor, and atmosphere. We were so lucky that our first time was on a Monday night and got to experience the live Mariachi band. They were fabulous. Our standard go to Mexican, Poblanos and Acapulco's, have been pushed aside. Mi Pueblo is definitely ranked number one in our book. You can taste the difference in their cheese, sauces and so many other items that they use quality ingredients. From guacamole, nachos to the enchiladas everything was delicious. The Margaritas actually taste like a margarita should, unlike so many places nowadays that they are so bland. Do yourself a favor and head there before 6:00 to hit happy hour, you'll be so glad you did.

Always a delight! I've always loved coming here and enjoying the music. It is a great place for the family and even birthdays. Make sure you tell the waitress or waiter, and they will sing, bring out a hat, a piñata, and a tasty treat. The food is fantastic as always, and even though they were extremely busy, we were seated within 5 minutes. The wait is never as long as you think it's going to be. But don't worry if it's a little longer. You can always go out on their beautiful patio and look at the stars right after you get a drink from the bar inside.

I absolutely love this place! When I think of a Mexican restaurant, this is precisely the type of place that comes to mind. Great drinks, delicious food and reasonable prices. The service is always top notch, and we love coming here each time!Food: 5/5

We had a fantastic evening at Mi Pueblo last night. The service from Brandon was outstanding. Chips and salsa delivered as soon as we sat down and quickly refilled. He took our drink orders quickly and made sure our waters were always refilled. The mariachi group was excellent playing and singing all around the restaurant. My El Jefe margarita was large and strong. The food was overall very good but the chicken was way over cooked and dry In my tacos el carbon. Definitely will be coming back!

This is the best Mexican food in Sarasota. I checked all of them. It took 2 years. This is the one I want to visit the most. It isn't absolutely perfect but it wins the most categories. The addition of specialty sauces to the menu elevates it. Lovely venue as well. It has a good bar and bartenders.Food: 5/5

The live Mariachi Band was entertaining and enjoyable! The court yard was a great place to go over the menu before being seated. I decided to sit at the bar, which happened to be at happy hour. The margaritas were wonderful and the bartender, though busy, was kind and very attentive. Needless to say, the food was amazing! This place is a must try for travelers like me or anyone looking to have an awesome dining experience.
