I've ordered from Mia Belle Baby multiple times over the last few years and can say that I do love the clothes and they are very cute however horrible customer service and constantly paying for a full order and only receiving a portion of it with no notifications, refund or response to emails makes them impossible to do business anymore.  I've rarely ever received a full order that I've paid for.  Years back I used to at least receive a response when I reached out about missing items to find out that they were out of stock and never notified me and I would receive a store credit.  This past year I not only receive no notification about items they'll never send or refund but no response to outreach about trying to receive the items or a refund. I currently have 6 items that total over $100 that I haven't received in orders ranging from 3.5 months to 1 year ago and receiving no response on coming to a resolution.  It's too bad, I have 3 girls and was a great customer and still see things I would love to order but won't now and they've now lost a ton of money on orders I won't place along with friends with kids that I've cautioned. As a customer it is not my job to have to track my orders and have to ask for a refund for items not received.  If you're going to have a business you need to be able to run it and be accountable for items you can't deliver to your customers. You can't just charge people for a product and then because you run out of stock never communicate that or offer a replacement outfit or credit.  What a bad business practice. I've received numerous emails over the last year about customer service issues they know they've had which made me hopeful for good changes, but unfortunately the service is worse than it ever was in my opinion so be aware before buying.  You will love the products you receive but unfortunately will only probably receive about half of what you order and they'll still keep you money for the rest :(

The clothes from Mia belle are completely adorable! I've been shopping from them for 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. Ive always received all of my many orders in a timely manner and honestly can't thing of a simple complaint.  Anytime my daughter is wearing one of their outfits she gets a million complements. The quality of their clothes is amazing , everything is extremely comfortable and soft. I am so glad I stumbled across their shop and I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered an item in february. Never received it. After going several emails back and forth, i asked for a refund. It was granted, yet never received it. Now they are ignoring every, chat, email, and message i send!
They are thieves!

!!!CAUTION!!! when buying from this store!! I bought 5 items from this store online I received 3 items I've reached out to them with 3 emails & 1 time on their instant chat no response at all. I calls multiple times They never answer and you can't leave a message. I'm now been going through my PayPal to try and get it resolved they responded back to them giving the a tracking number from items I've already gotten and PayPal closed the claim do to that tracking # the gave them showing it was delivered. I have called PayPal and spoke to them explaining that the tracking # they gave was for items I received that I'm not disputing so they reopened and I'm waiting to see if they respond back. I've bought from this company a couple times with no problems but I will never buy from them again and I would advise if you do buy from them use PayPal cause you'll never get anything back if you try to reach out to them by yourself!

I have ordered from them several times in the past year. We had some timing issues in the beginning but they corrected it and I have been happy ever since. The clothes are fabulous and good quality. I love this company!
