I can not believe you delivered Valentine flowers the day after, do you realize it doesn't mean anything the next day?  And to mark them as delivered online make us look like idiots when we asked "how'd you like the flowers babe?" and they say they didn't get any.  To top it off I found out that you are the same company that missed my last delivery too. Your company should just quit, retire. The flowers themselves were fine but come on, this is what you do for a living.  What a joke.

The only thing they got right about what was pictured was the vase. It's understandable that there may be substitutions made.. especially during Valentine's but what was received and for the money that was paid its unacceptable.

They sent my girlfriend a salad. In no way, shape or form is there a viable excuse for this arrangement being sent in lieu of Valentine's day

Just received the most beautiful, fresh arrangement of flowers at Baptist Hospital following the delivery of my new baby! I mean this bouquet has THE WORKS - orchids, roses, sunflowers, and a sweet "it's a boy balloon". It immediately made the room smell fantastic, and the tropical colors are just so beautiful I can't stop staring at it.

Sub contractor for 800 flowers.  Late delivery to a viewing.  Phone is shady.  Bad customer service -
