why does it take two month to pick up bulk trash

Kids trying to walk in the sidewalk to go to school and they can't because of the trash also the mosquitoes and animals are a huge problem.

Ordered Bulk trash pick-up before the hurricane and with time to spare yet the trash is still there. Flying projectiles will be going into my neighbors residence and I will be holding the City accountable as they confirmed my pick-up was before the cut-off and would be picked up shortly.

customer service is the worse. Operator did not even let me finish my sentence when I was asking a question, didn't answer my question (which he couldn't without even hearing it first) and that conversation didn't even last more than 30 seconds.

Wow 4 days before the hurricane is due and they don't even answer the phones. Hate to think should someone have to call DURING the hurricane. Typical county incompetence and negligence.
