Had three nights here while visiting Miami for the tennis. A great sporting park- lots of space and trees. With good open field areas. Good bath houses. Very good shop and club facilities. Great staff. Located in a very agricultural area and handy to local attractions. Good transit point going north or south. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean. Beautiful pool. Mini golf was such a fun extra. Our dog loved having a bit of time off leash at the dog park. We will be back!

Stayed on a tent spot for two days (which is the minimum) and was wonderful. This is mostly an RV park and all guests (mostly retired folks) were super friendly. Bathrooms and showers were very clean, and nice amenities. My only complain, you can hear cars and dogs barking in the distance, rooster singing, and too much street lights.

We have stayed there 5 times I think, a month or 2 at time. We're white so I won't address the racism issues mentioned. Regarding rules, etc., never had any staff member telling us we were doing something we shouldn't. Pool area, some parents don't respect that there are other people that want to enjoy the pool, not just their children. Most of the staff is friendly, some not so much but not rude. Park was owned by Legacy, now Encore. It's clean and well maintained. Only issue we had last spring is the ground crew. They ground up all the leaves that have fallen with their mower. So close your windows and doors and expect everything outside to be covered in dirt. Our site was filthy with dirt and dust after the ground crew came through. Also Encore is looking to turn the park into a place for year round residents. I understand the business decision behind that but that changes the whole atmosphere of the park. It's changing from a resort to a trailer park.

We came from Tampa for spring break and stayed in one of the cabins. The location was convenient to get to everywhere on our itinerary and in a quiet part of town. After a quick trip to the Publix less than 10 minutes away ge kitchen saved us a few hundred dollars over the course of the week. The cabin and grounds were well-kept and the mini golf was surprisingly challenging. I've seen a few reviewers complaining about bringing sheets. With how much is included for the price that was a small price to pay. We will be back!
