We went to this restaurant because it had a 4.7 star rating in Google and was very intrigued especially as we really enjoy great Chinese food. We walked in and the restaurant was very clean and new looking we were the only ones there at the time. We were greeted at the counter but was not with any kind of smile or interest it seemed. All the food on the menu looked fabulous as I wanted to try just about everything but thought I'll come back and try some other items later. We ordered five different dishes hoping that all five would be great. Ours looked good when we received them. The food came out relatively fast which was great but we were disappointed for sure by the flavor of each dish especially based on the ratings as we thought it was severely over inflated. We won't be back unfortunately. We figured with five different dishes, three or four would be outstanding based on the ratings but only found one or possibly two decent.
The Dan Dan and the Shoyu were amazing. I spent time in Chongqing China in 2014 and I didn't have the courage to do the Chongqing noodles...but the Dan Dan had all the same flavors of white hot pot I had and immediately transported me back there. The sensation of the white hot flavor is so irresistible! Well done to Mian Sichuan ... Go here until you have eaten everything. Your body will thank you!
The Shoyu Noodle Soup was amazing! Restaurant is clean and organized. I was greeted by friendly staff. My food was fast and really a pleasant experience on this rainy day. Will come back as they cater to gluten free customers. Heavily recommend if you are fans of hot soups. Kid-friendliness: Drawings on walls to entertain the children. Clean and friendly. Open seating so children will have plenty of room to be children. Outside seating is an option as well. Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly with substitutions for rice noodles on every dish.
Vegan volcano soup was absolutely amazing. Have gone twice in one week. It’s my new favorite spicy soup dish in all of Tucson and I’m so happy I found it!!!
Excellent noodle soups! We had Volcano noodle soup and Chongqing noodle soup, and fish tofu. Everything was good. It is spicy!!! Just right amount of spicy to hit the spot.
Delicious food for a quick bite. Definitely get the noodles here. You can tell they're super fresh and the portions are great.
my sisters and i decided last minute we wanted some ramen and i’m very glad we came across this spot! the person who took our orders was so kind and informative of the menu and was very patient while we looked it over. the food came out in a very timely manner and it was delicious! we had the spicy miso ramen and the spicy tonkotsu ramen as well as some gyoza and dumplings, which my 18 month old daughter was a huge fan of! and a huge plus was that they had highchairs available! it was very clean and very welcoming. i will definitely be revisiting. thank you for providing wonderful customer service and wonderful food!
We ordered takeout, the food was very spicy so do beware when you get something spicy. I like that they also serve non-pork broths because most Ramen shops only have pork broth.
I order delivery and take out from here, and every dish I've had was delicious! I love their noodles, they have a nice texture, not too chewy and not too soft. Good sized portions, you'll be stuffed. My favorite item is the Dan Dan noodles with chicken, but the Chonqing noodles are very delicious too. The broth is wonderful. The fish tofu is delicious too, they're covered in spicy seasoning. I've tried the really really spicy option before, and it definitely is really really spicy!
I'm only giving 4 stars as I am only eating some snacks and will wait for a few meal. Had lobster balls and fried chicken with fire sauce appetizers. Very good. There were more sauces available. Very cute place for a quick bite.
