I am completely baffled. A girl I had drama with lured me to her in a parking lot with all of her friends to "smash the beef" (so I thought) and when I got there she started to yell at me just cause she had an audience. So I told her to cone talk to me away from everyone and she gets out of the car and gets in my face, and when I told her to step back she SPIT in my face!!! Then told the police I "punched her, then pulled her out if her car and hurt her foot" HER witnesses (who is also her friend) statement even went against hers. HER witnesses story, my witnesses story AND my story ALL matched. But the ONE story that didn't wins? If 3 statements prove one person is lying UNDER OATH isn't that perjury?! He didn't even objected when it mattered! ONE time he objected and it made a good point. It was asking her how tall she was. She said I think 5'4"/5'5" and her friend said "the taller one started going at it first." I'm 5'1"!!!!! And then he STILL didn't point it out! And when I said I wanted an appeal he said hell don't cause I said and I'm going to lose so because of that he is going to do the appeal but also he's going to fill out anders brief. Which is when he files an appeal but he doesn't believe anything was wrong in the court session. He NEVER heard my story from me UNTIL the court date! Wouldn't answer my calls or return them, only emails me back on Fridays really. Like. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? Pay the restitution for "pulling her out of her car and hurting her ankle cause her to get her foot x-rayed" when THREE STATEMENTS PROVE that she got out on her out! Which also proves her statements are unbelievable because she lied! Which is perjury and who whole case should be thrown out BECAUSE ITS UNRELIABLE! Not only that but SHE got out of HER car, almost hit me with the door, got in my face yelling at me in front of all her friends, then spits her bodily fluids in my face then calls the cops after I fight back? BUT if you spit in a cops face its a felony!!! So apparently I'm nothing because I'm not working as law enforcement. The officer that was assigned the case was at the trial and he said that he tried and tried to find me but he sent Roy police to my home to look for me (it happened in Brigham) the police gave my parents his number they texted it to me ad they gave it to them and I called him the second I received it. He told me he was taking my statement down and that if I wanted more witnesses I had to get them to go to the police station to right a report. When THEY WERE ALL HER FRIENDS. He didn't pull surveillance videos or anything proving she got out. If you are going to take on a job that affects others lives, THEN YOU DO THAT JOB. If I could rate negative stars, I would in a heart beat. He doesn't care about what happens to you, get someone else to help you.

I was referred to Michael Studebaker by another attorney who told me Michael was looking for pro bono work. I call, set up an appointment and the day of my appointment right before I'm to go in I get a text from Michael and I quote "sorry we don't do pro bono domestic cases". That's all the respect that man could muster? I needed help and he blew me off.

We just had our first appointment with Kimball at this law office it was a awesome experience we came out feeling relieved of the stress. We were given the tools to make the best decision for us thanks Kimball for all you have done. I highly recommend this law practice

Horrible custody battle . Was forced to sign my rights away to my daughter, and cannot see her until she is 18 . The mother was forced to sign her rights away too. Knowing that. The judge stated you are not to have contact with her until she is 18. Well turns out the foster family was letting mother see her over the years. I found this out on Facebook with the pictures they posted on birthdays. So I called you !! Yeah you !!!Mike studabaker....who was my public pretender in this case; and you said it was OK for me to see my daughter if the foster family was OK with that. After 14 Years I just found this out. You with held info from me preventing me from seeing my daughter over all these years. You are quite the piece of work. You are a horrible horrible lawyer. I would never recommend you for any services. . You did this to me and my family. . I so wish something like this would happen to you and your family and have no control over the situation. Didn't even have to walk into the court room, had a DUI thrown out of court. Also allowed me to make payments, would definitely recommend.
