I request to see Dr. Michael Rogers for my annual checkup and occasional sickness.  He's patient, listens, good dialog and always happy to see me and discuss my health.   My spouse feels the same about him.  

Their staff is "okay" however.    They do act aloof.

Receptionist are rude and they rush you in and out.  If you miss one appointment they will terminate your care from there ridiculous god forbid you have an emergency.  I can say though the appointments are fast here.

Worst doctor office ever!! I have been patient for approx a decade. While Dr. Rogers was out of town, his staff belittled me, insulted me, and treated me horrible. They hang up on me when I call, they call me and say rude things then abruptly hang up on me. They were aware that I wanted to address Dr. Rogers on this unprofessional behavior, and the few staff members have teamed up against me to fabricate that I used "profane language" and advised that they told "their side of story" to the doctor and u am now removed from being a patient at their practice. I have all phone calls recorded so I do not know how they plan to defend their lies and unprofessional behavior. Avoid this physicians practice by any means...

Attempted to make an appointment. I didn't get past the first question when the receptionist had a different call come in, and then proceeded to place me on hold for upwards of 10 minutes. Unprofessional, and not seeing this doctor.
