An excellent craftsman! My wife needs a 3/8" lift on her left shoe. We've had Michael prepare her shoes for at least the past 10 years, if not more. He does quality work which lasts a long time. Highly recommend.

I dropped a private of wooden clogs off to have the soles reattached.  Got them back, this was in March.  Went to wear them 2 wks ago & the 1 sole came off & the other partially was off.  Took them back & was told it is the style of shoe.  Asked if he could put a tack in & he said no.  He also threw my shoes on counter.  I picked them up & said no thank-you.  I dont need your attitude or negatively.  He should have said, this is how I CAN help you.....instead he was rude & unprofessional.  Will never recommend to anyone!

Dropped my Jordan 11 Anniversaries off to be reglued.. 4 MONTHS LATER I still haven't gotten them back. After countless calls and worrying I don't know what to do anymore. Don't understand why it is taking so long.

I came in to have my heal shortened just a quarter of an inch. It took over a week and then he lost my boots. Once he found them the heel looks like crap and I will probably never wear them again. It was only $19 but the boots are worth $100. Will never go here again.
