I enjoy crafting and get many of my supplies at Micheals. Associates are always helpful and friendly. Do wish they carried fabric and sewing supplies like Joann and Hobby Lobby.Nonetheless they offer a wide selection of supplies for several craft mediums. It helps that they offer weekly coupons too.

Staff is great.  BUT, THAT FRONT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED!   That SCREEEECHING DOOR gets on my nerves, ruins my shopping experience and makes me not want to browse or spend money.  That door needed fixing months ago.  Come on Michaels and get it done right!

Decent selection, depending on what you're looking for. Craft supplies tend to often lean pretty feminine. Markers and pens are absurdly marked up. Tends to have some good seasonal decorations too. Check out is godawful slow. Paint section is mostly acrylic and oil with very little watercolors. Hobby Lobby further down on 278 has a better yarn collection, but they have beyond what you could get at Walmart here. I'd give it a 4 if it didn't mark up a lot of products but there are a lot of decent supplies here.

I needed to have some souvenirs that my daughter brought back from China. I visited the Michaels in Hiram GA. I thankfully met Angela Matson. She gladly stopped what she was doing and assisted me. We layed out the items I wanted to frame and she helped me chose the layout and matting. Oh my, the finished product was over and beyond what I imagined. I could clearly see that she included her talents and skills to this project. She is a jewel with her craft and customer service. I had to hug her. Please go see Angela for your framing needs. I sure will !
