All employees are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Tonie is my favorite though,  she always remembers my favorite items to purchase and on numerous occasions has helped me come up with project ideas for me to teach kids! Once I was on my way to work (I teach painting) when I realized that I had forgotten my big easal at home,  and I didn't have time to go get it - I was already running late! I took a chance and called the store to see if they had the easal I needed in stock - she not only informed me that they had it, she also brought it up front for me so I could run in and out!   That's true customer service!! She saved the day!! She's great!!

Fairly well stocked but definitely not the best Michaels I've been to. Usually not as good a yarn selection for colors that I've seen at other Michaels. Just a tiny bitvofva smaller store I guess

The staff here is really helpful and they almost always have the thing I need and ten other things I didn't know I needed.
